製作繁體中文win 11 21h2 pe 22000.3260，極速維護用無聲音無網路

原本已寫過一篇 製作win11 21h2 pe繁體中文無聲音無網路維修版 ，因多次重新製作相同版本，製作過程雖大同小異，重新再寫一次，紀錄重做優化的過程，重做不是只將工序重做一次，而是更了解每一道工序，確認可以精簡及不能精簡的檔案，修改設定，製作完成的pe，穩定，正常執行工具程式，去除多餘無用的顯示項目。

用wimbuilder 製作windows 10 pe、windows 11 21h2 pe，windows\system32資料夾內的ExplorerFrame.dll、shell32.dll不需用較低版本取代，程式就可以正常釘選到工作列 。製作windows 11 22h2 pe、windows 11 23h2 pe、windows 11 24h2 pe， 程式無法正常釘選到工作列， windows\system32資料夾內的ExplorerFrame.dll、shell32.dll需用較低版本取代，程式才可以正常釘選到工作列。

windows 11 21h2及22h2，微軟於2024年10月8日最後一次安全更新後終止支援。 UUP dump 2024年10月09日之後未再更新windows 11 21h2，版本停留在22000.3260。

維護用win pe，主要需求：檔案小，開機快，無聲音網路，功能符合需求，可支援新舊電腦，穩定。win 10 pe 也可以符合以上需求，只是版本舊，win 11 21h2，版本雖不上不下，微軟也已終止支援，寫本文時，選這版本製作pe的原因：windows 版本越高製作相同功能的pe，檔案越大，這版本製作的pe，檔案大小適中，ExplorerFrame.dll、shell32.dll不需用較低版本取代，功能符合需求，可支援新舊電腦，穩定。網路上有相同版本簡體pe，可供參考檔案精簡參考，部分精簡檔可以直接替換，減少win pe 核心檔案大小。繁體中文

微軟要求CPU 支援 SSE 4.2指令集，POPCNT 指令，才能執行Windows 11 24H2，因此，老舊電腦可能無法用win 11 24h2 pe 開機。維護用win pe 須能支援新舊電腦開機，本文製作的無聲音網路維護用Win 11 PE(64位元繁體,intel RST VMD,Thunderbolt4,含導入SRS USB驅動)，核心檔案小，開機速度快，無網路，無聲音，有大量共用驅動程式包，支持Intel 最新平臺RST VMD快速存儲，支持Intel_最新平臺筆電、觸控板，支持最新平台磁碟陣列RAID硬碟模式，支持觸控螢幕，螢幕鍵盤，Sruface觸摸、觸控螢幕、鍵盤。僅將部分/常用工具程式在桌面建立捷徑。開機可以處理windows 11 24H2用新安裝方式安裝的分割區。不需聲網純維護用，就用這個PE。

寫本文時是2025年，17年的電腦可能還能裝Windows 11 24H2。不能裝Windows 11 24H2的電腦，硬體差不多可以報廢了，如能安裝Windows 11 23H2繼續運作，值得慶幸，也可以執行win10 pe / win11 21h2 pe /  win11 22h2 pe / win11 23h2 pe繼續維護。

->開啟windows 下載 資料夾->在22000.3260_amd64_zh-tw_professional_35630b7b_convert_virtual.zip檔名上按滑鼠右鍵->顯示其他選項->選7-zip->解壓縮檔案。

切換至22000.3260_amd64_zh-tw_professional_35630b7b_convert_virtual資料夾

滑鼠點二下執行uup_download_windows.cmd

下載windows 11 21h2 22000.3260檔案

windows 11 21h2 22000.3260所有檔案下載完成整合成一個ISO檔。例如：

22000.3260.241003-0908.CO_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_ZH-TW.ISO

ISO檔之外的資料夾與檔案可以刪除。

wimbuilder2的bin\x64(及bin\x86)資料夾NSudoC.exe，可能會被防毒軟體誤判為病毒。

注意：NSudoC.exe如被防毒軟體移除或隔離，wimbuilder２將無法正常製作pe。如有被防毒軟體移除，請在防毒軟體的保護歷程記錄中 已隔離威脅 的 動作，選　還原。

wimbuilder的bin\x86資料夾NSudoC.exe，也可能會被防毒軟體誤判為病毒。

windows 11/10的微軟防毒軟體，關閉 即時保護，重開機後會自動開啟即時保護(windows server，重開機後不會自動開啟即時保護) ，請特別留意。因此，請於防毒軟體，將wimbuilder的資料夾，加入排除項目。

因解壓縮的wimbuilder2-master.zip Projects\WIN10XPE\01-Components\03-Audio\last.bat檔覆蓋WimBuilder2-Full.v2024-11-11_Beta.7z解壓縮的Projects\WIN10XPE\01-Components\03-Audio\last.bat檔，造成wimbuilder製作完成的win pe影音版沒有聲音。

切換至wimbuilder資夾，執行 UserConfig.cmd，按任一鍵繼續，或關閉UserConfig.cmd執行視窗。

如發生win pe影音版沒有聲音。請從WimBuilder2-Full.v2024-11-11_Beta.7z擷取WimBuilder2-Full.v2024-11-11_Beta.7z\Projects\WIN10XPE\01-Components\03-Audio\last.bat取代

wimbuilder\Projects\WIN10XPE\01-Components\03-Audio\last.bat，wimbuilder 製作完成win pe影音版，就有聲音。

wimbuilder不一定能支援最新版windows 11 24h2製作pe，製作win 11 21h2 pe是可以的，完成win 11 21h2 pe 穩定且功能較符合需求。

本文的部分修正檔及設定，參考KuerPE_Win11_22000.3260維護版及網路蒐集資料。

startallback：於wimbuilder2 製作完成win11 21h2 pe 之後，檔案大小5.63MB，修改pe時，直接用KuerPE_win 11 21h2 22000的Program Files\StartAllBack取代即可。(已經修改好且能正常使用約1.33MB)。 因製作win 11 24h2 26100.4601之後版本的pe，StartAllBack須更新至3.9.13以上版本才能正常開機至桌面。請至https://www.startallback.com/ 下載最新版StartAllBack，存至wimbuilder\vendor\StartAllBack資料夾，並刪除舊版StartAllBack。win pe製作完成，參照KuerPE Program Files\StartAllBack的檔案精簡自己製作的win pe Program Files\StartAllBack。

剛製作完成win11 21h2 pe，startallback 檔案大小5.6MB、WinXShell 檔案大小5.59MB。

startallback未精簡前：5.63MB

startallback精簡後：1.33MB

WinXShell：於wimbuilder2 製作完成win11 21h2 pe 之後，檔案大小5.59MB，修改pe時，不要直接用KuerPE_win 11 21h2 22000 WinXShell取代，參考KuerPE做精簡，保留WinXShell.exe、WinXShell.jcfg、WinXShell.lua、wxsStub.dll，zh-TW資料夾。精簡wxsUI資料夾並添加繁體中文語言檔。維護用pe，WinXShell\wxsUI只用UI_Settings、UI_SystemInfo 2個ui。

WinXShell未精簡：5.59MB

WinXShell\wxsUI資料夾有10幾個 .zip檔，維護用win pe，只保留UI_SystemInfo.zip、UI_Settings.zip，先將二個.zip檔解壓縮，再刪除二個.zip檔。

WinXShell精簡後：3.75MB

WinXShell的wxsUI資料夾預設無繁體中文語言檔，因此，WinXShell在繁體中文pe顯示的介面，以英文顯示。可以複製簡體語言檔，檔名為zh-TW.xml，再用convertz或convertzz程式將zh-TW.xml內的簡體文字轉為繁體，用記事本開啟zh-TW.xml，將 微軟雅黑 字體改為 微軟正黑體。

以繁體中文化Program Files\WinXShell\wxsUI\UI_SystemInfo\locale\zh-TW.xml為例

複製簡體語言檔zh-CN.xml，檔名為zh-TW.xml，用convertz將zh-TW.xml內的簡體文字轉為繁體，用記事本開啟zh-TW.xml，將 微軟雅黑 字體改為 微軟正黑體。

Program Files\WinXShell\wxsUI\UI_Settings\locales語言檔，可以用相同方式繁體中文化。

自己從頭到尾設定wimbuilder2製作win11 21h2 pe的各種設定，須經非常多次調整設定項目耗費很多時間與測試，才可能製作出自己滿意的pe。如用別人優化過的設定檔，合用就直接套用，或稍微修改一下，省事又方便。wimbuilder設定檔範例之一：維護用無聲音網路，請開啟記事本，將以下內容存為litewin1122000_3260.js，存於d:\wimbuilder資料夾之下的AppData\Projects\WIN10XPE\_Assets_\preset或Projects\WIN10XPE\_Assets_\preset資料夾。

將從UUP DUMP下載的windows 11 21h2 iso檔掛載至虛擬光碟機。iso檔掛載至虛擬光碟機，可用虛擬光碟程式或ultraiso或windows 掛載。本文使用windows預設的功能 掛載，在iso檔按滑鼠右鍵->開啟檔案->windows 檔案總管

下圖是以windows 11 21h2 22000.3260 iso檔掛載至G碟為例(實際掛載磁碟機代號可能不同)

執行WimBuilder.cmd

先點選 設置->專家->主題 依自己喜好設定，右下角 立即重新啟動以應用最新設置?，點 是。重新啟動WimBuilder。

點 準備->瀏覽->點選 windows 11 21h2 iso掛載的磁碟機->確定。自動帶入install.wim

點選要使用install.wim的那一個映像來製作win11 21h2 pe

本文使用的windows 11 21h2 install.wim有2個映像(專業版、企業版Enterprise)，網路上較多人用企業版來製作pe，就選企業版。也有人選專業版來製作pe。

點 Wim->點選 windows 11 21h2 iso掛載的磁碟機->切換至sources資料夾->點選 boot.wim->開啟

注意!一定要選 boot.wim的第2映像 Microsoft Windows Setup，做出的PE才能順利開機(各項設定也須正確)。基礎映像選好了boot.wim[2]：Microsoft Windows Setup，準備 的設定至此，算設定完成了。

專案 ，用預設的 WIN10XPE 即可。從畫面可知wimbuilder2有支援用windows 11 21h2 22000製作。

如點 定制 ，當前專案  預設:默認v，沒有任何專案可選。請分別點前面介紹過的 設置 準備，點進去設定後。關閉wimbuilder，執行WimBuilder.cmd，再來點 定制 ，就可以有專案可選。

前面的litewin1122000_3260.js，如有存於d:\wimbuilder資料夾之下的Projects\WIN10XPE\_Assets_\preset或AppData\Projects\WIN10XPE\_Assets_\preset資料夾。在這裡就可以點選litewin1122000_3260.js。

接下來就詳細說明，要用wimbuilder2 製作維護用無聲音網路且能正常開機的win11 21h2 pe，要怎麼設定及設定竅門。

點選 配置，不點選 設置[1-組建(CMD)]命令提示符窗口的大小。

點選 構建，點選 使用對WinSxS進行精簡的Winre.wim，點選 從install.wim提取必要註冊表專案(如點選 使用完整的install.wim的SOFTWARE註冊表，製作網路版的win pe，會造成edge安裝後，開啟edge會閃退)，使用install.wim的DRIVERS註冊表 點選 合併，合併install.wim的SYSTEM\DriverDatabase 點選 合併。

點選 啟動管理，使用PECMD進行PE啟動管理

點選 系統，FBWF x碟緩存大小設定，網路上維護用無聲音網路 pe，設8GB或6GB或4GB，實際使用4GB就可以執行的，寫本文時wimbuilder，可選8GB或4GB，因現在的電腦大部分都有8GB以上RAM記憶體，就設8GB。

電源選項、聲音選項(不勾選)就照下圖設定。

點選 開啟NumLock(數字鎖定鍵)。

點選 帳戶。因要製作實用、開機較快、核心較小pe。就不啟用Administrator帳戶(如點選啟用，製作出來的pe，檔案約多10MB)。

點選 設置為自動登入帳戶  自動登入的確認時間(秒):0。背景圖片 使用桌面壁紙。

不點選 預創建用戶配置檔。

點選 客製化設定。點選 消除快捷方式圖示上的小箭頭。點選 禁止新增“快捷方式”文字 。

點選 組件->系統工具。點選DWM、搜尋，MMC組件， 任務管理器，BitLocker。

點選 命令列。基礎 就照下圖設定。壁紙 先用預設的，也可以點入設定自己的圖檔。

命令列 右邊視窗，桌面 顯示我的電腦圖示ON 、 顯示回收站圖示ON。點選 中等圖示(小圖示看起來較小)。

任務欄 點選 從不合併

(我的電腦=本機，回收站=資源回收筒，任務欄=工作列)

點選 Explorer 。

點選 WinXShell，右邊視窗內都不點選

點選 開始選單，點選 自動。Classic Shell可不點選。

點選 裝置和印表機。點選 DsmSvc(裝置安裝管理) 服務。原生安全移除硬體(彈出USB裝置)功能，其餘的不點選。

點選 組件。點選 64位操作系統上支持運行32位應用程式 、VC++ 8,9 運行庫，點選 Support more applications。

點選  精簡。右邊視窗內，精選項目全點選。

點選 構建。點選 構建後立即創建ISO。按 清理。

按 1-構建(CMD)。開始製作win11 21h2 pe 22000.3260  繁體中文無聲音無網路版pe。

構建中

製作完成存於\_Factory_資料夾，檔名BOOTPE.iso，約512MB，BOOTPE.iso實際大小與windows 11 的版本、pe功能及wimbuilder2更新、wimbuilder2精簡有關。

win11 21h2 pe iso檔BOOTPE.iso製作完成，接下來就是重頭戲，手工精減。精減用到的工具程式gimagex、WinMergePortable、q-dir、7-zip。
建議用一個穩定的pe開機，在pe精減剛製作完成的win11 21h2 pe ，可以避免刪檔案或存檔需要權限，無法刪除或存檔的問題。
如自己從頭到尾做精簡，失敗率高，精簡之後可能無法開機，執行應用程式可能彈出缺檔畫面，精簡刪檔、補檔，來來回回，測試折騰，做到人仰馬翻，折騰幾天也不一定能達到滿意的瘦身程度，不一定能正常開機。

如有現成pe作品，使用相同pe製作工具程式，windows 版本相同，且已精簡過，精簡後的核心大小也可以接受，就先照單抓藥精簡自己做的win11 21h2 pe，做出仿真pe，再精益求精，添加自己需求功能或升級精簡程度。

為了實作及寫本文，於網絡搜尋pe現成作品，找到一個小於300MB win11 21h2 pe，剛好可以當精簡範本，它是用wimbuilder2製作的，雖有語音不同的遺憾，拿來當精簡範本還不錯。

安裝windows 11 24h2時，使用預設新的安裝方式，不是選 先前的設定版本 的安裝方式，安裝完成後，pe開機是看不到windows 11 24h2安裝的分割區。要用磁碟分割程式分配一個磁碟機代號，才能看到windows 11 24h2安裝的分割區。有網友寫個小程式或設定檔，pe開機過程執行，就可以在pe直接看到windows 11 24h2安裝的分割區。本文製作的win 11 21h2 維護用無聲音無網路pe ，也需將網友寫個小程式或設定檔納入pe，pe開機過程執行，才能看到用新的安裝方式，安裝的windows 11 24h2分割區。

因維護用win pe，輸入中文機會較少，且微軟注音、倉頡輸入法，檔案不小，改用只有2.11MB繁體小小輸入法，Windows\System32資料夾有C_936.NLS檔，繁體小小輸入法可以正常輸入。

從BOOTPE.iso擷取 boot.wim至一個資料夾或隨身碟，本文是在VM 虛擬機，pe開機，執行gimagex，將boot.wim   mount至d:\222資夾，點選 可讀寫(Read and Write)及寫入修改結果(Commit Changes)。以供進行精簡。

用WinMerge比對網友kuer製作的KuerPE_Win11_22000.3260維護版WinSxs資料夾，點 比對結果 ，點選自己製作win11 21h2 pe 22000.3260 繁體中文維護用無聲音無網路版僅有的資料夾，約可刪除10個資料夾，有zh-TW的資料夾不刪。約可精簡21.7MB。

WinSxs資料夾精簡涉及pe是否能正常開機，工具程式是否可以正常執行。因此，pe能開機之後，務必測試每一支工具程式都能正常執行，如發生有工具程式無法正常執行，需確認是工具程式問題或pe支援問題，問題原因確定後，再逐項解決。如pe支援問題，補檔或修改設定，是常用的方法。

Windows\Fonts 的mingliu.ttc改用精簡過的。未精簡20.4MB，精簡後 8.41MB(8617KB)。

Windows\SystemResources資料夾可精簡，用WinMerge比對網友kuer製作的KuerPE_Win11_22000.3260維護版SystemResources資料夾，點 比對結果 。

開啟q-dir比對二進制檔不同的檔案，imageres.dll.mun、shell32.dll.mun、DDORes.dll.mun三個檔最大，用精簡檔取代，可以精簡約46MB，其餘6個也可以用精簡檔取代。

將KuerPE_Win11_22000.3260維護版SystemResources資料夾，左邊9二進制檔不同的檔案(已精簡過)，複製到右邊，約可精簡50MB。

開啟記事本將以下很長很多行的指令存為win1121h2downsize.cmd。這個批次檔是wimbuilder搭litewin1122000_3260.js 專案，製作的win11 21h2 pe BOOTPE.iso，擷取BOOTPE.iso\sources\boot.wim，在pe執行gimagex mount(掛載) boot.wim，執行win1121h2downsize.cmd，大精減win11 21h2 pe。win1121h2downsize.cmd是修改win 11 24h2 pe 精簡批次檔win1124h2downsize.cmd，經過精減測試的批次檔，搜尋功能正常，且可以正常開機。當然還有一些人工補檔及加入修正檔，才能讓win11 21h2 pe繁體中文維護用無聲音無網路版較完善。

win1121h2downsize.cmd完成測試，經過幾天之後，覺的為護用win pe 可以再精簡。用WinMerge比對網友kuer製作的KuerPE_win11 22000.3260維護版system32資料夾，點 比對結果 ，篩選出自己製作pe才有的檔案，用二分法，測試可以精簡的檔案，這個過程，要經過不斷精減測試pe可以開機，工具程式可正常執行。測試過win 11 21h2 pe 22000.3260可再精簡檔案，彙集成del_other.cmd。

 win pe 版本雖相同，製作時wimbuilder設定的核心功能接近相同，最後完成的核心檔裡面的檔案，會因執行工具程式的需求，補檔或增加設定。

刪除windows\system32\configs 多餘臨時檔。

保留COMPONENTS、DEFAULT、DRIVERS、SAM、SECURITY、software、system 7個檔。

卸載boot，卸載前記得關閉已開啟的檔案或資料夾，才能成功卸載。

導出(Export) boot.wim，選 最大壓縮(maximum)

參考以上文章內容，製作的win 11 21h2 pe 22000.3260，核心較小，部分工具程式內置，磁碟、觸控、I/O驅動內置，開機速度快。經過頻繁測試及多次重做修改，已達穩定階段。
